History
Outreach Services began helping hospitals and their underinsured patients navigate Medicaid eligibility and benefits in 1991. In the years since, our services have expanded to include expertise in other medical assistance programs, as well as new divisions dedicated to third-party liability, healthcare outsourcing, and hospital billing. Along the way, our staff has grown to include more than 350 patient advocates, field investigators, attorneys, and support staff.
By providing compassionate, respectful medical assistance advocacy to uninsured patients, Outreach Services helps patients access funds to pay for medical care and improves the financial health of hospitals and healthcare systems.
