Josie started with Outreach Services after graduating from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Social Work. Starting in 2002, she has used her combination of passion for helping others and business sense to rise to the level she is today. In her tenure, she has led the development of solutions for auditing and reporting work for our clients using Optima, and in directing our largest region. Josie has created a network of Outreach employees that are constantly able to serve clients and their patients. |

Chris is responsible for leading the company’s sales, marketing, pricing, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Outreach Services, Chris worked as Vice President of Business Development and Client Relations for QUE Financial. Chris is an active member of HFMA, AAHAM, and ACHE. Chris is a past president for the Idaho Chapter of HFMA and currently serves on the board of the Inland Empire chapter of AAHAM. Chris graduated from Boise State University with a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Leadership. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Politics-Economics and History from The College of Idaho. |

JoAnna majored in Global Studies, Spanish and Portuguese with a minor in Political Science at the University of Minnesota. She began her career at Outreach Services as a bi-lingual patient advocate in 2003. Since then she has gained experience and knowledge working across the different regions that Outreach Services serves.
She is an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of HFMA since 2004, where she is serving on the executive committee as the Vice President of communications. Also a member of the Gopher Chapter of AAHAM. |

Cassandra

Having over 15 years of experience with the State of Hawaii Medicaid program, Cassandra Stewart brings a wealth of knowledge to Outreach Services. As a Supervisor for the Medicaid program for 10 of those years, Ms.Stewart has a proven record of leadership and implementation of Medicaid eligibility. Her vast knowledge of the Medicaid regulations and eligibility process make her a valuable resource to Outreach Services’ staff and the client facilities we serve. |

Upon earning his Master's Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, Steven transferred from Outreach Services in Spokane, WA to the Corporate Headquarters in Seattle, WA where he assisted with development and supervision of the company's Western and Central Washington operations.
With an extensive knowledge in Third Party Liability and Medicaid reimbursement, Steven has played an instrumental role in establishing client relations and maintaining process stability throughout the Northwest.
Steven is inspired by the company's mission of advocacy and the promotion of financial education to underserved populations. As the Northwest Regional Director, Steven is dedicated to upholding the highest standard of customer service and leadership practices. |

A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Business Management, Meaghan has held positions in both acute care and extended care settings. She has gained experience in assisting both uninsured and under-insured patients to obtain coverage for services in both environments. She joined Outreach Services in 2008 and is using her experience to lead the team of advocates in hospitals throughout Illinois as well as market those services to additional potential clients. |

After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in International Studies, Allison joined Outreach Services. She was inspired by Outreach Services’ advocacy-centered service as well as their commitment to the health of individuals and the various health plans, hospitals, and states who support them. Allison began as a disability advocate, navigating the Social Security disability application process for various individuals. Since then, Allison has had the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge about Medicaid Managed Care and other disability benefits throughout the nation. She is using that knowledge to expand Disability Outreach and make its exceptional advocacy available in every state. |

Joshua Sharp joined Outreach Services in 2005. Joshua is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over ten years of experience in the IT field. He has extensive knowledge and proficiency in a broad range of technologies and platforms. His responsibilities include information network design, web application development (specializing in Coldfusion 8 and AJAX platforms), network security, server administration, electronic data interchange, Tier III technical support, and IT management. |

Shawn Mimnaugh majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology, receiving degrees in both from College of Great Falls. His twenty year career in hospital reimbursement involves experience as a Field Representative in Montana for a U.S. Senator, the position of Legal Investigator for the prestigious Law Firm of Church, Harris, Johnson and Williams; Consumer Fraud and Collection Officer ITT; Subrogation Specialist Allstate Insurance Company; Arbitration Panel Member and TPL Manager Outreach Services. He was promoted to a Director position in 2008. His diverse experience, knowledge and training in the field of insurance indemnification, evidence, proof and negotiations are applied nationally and internationally. |

David is a graduate of St. John’s University and attended graduate school at the University of Minnesota. He first joined Outreach Services in 1994 in Minneapolis and has worked for Outreach in Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Wisconsin and Illinois. With his extensive knowledge and experience, David has been instrumental in growing Outreach Services from a start-up to a nationally recognized company. He has held many executive and board positions within AAHAM and HFMA chapters in Washington State, Oregon, Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is currently the Editor of the Wisconsin Chapter of HFMA Newsletter. |

Norma has over 20 years experience in the hospital and clinic setting, bringing her knowledge of managing a centralized pre-registration department for ScrippsHealth in San Diego. Before joining Outreach Services, she spent five years with Emdeon and CareMedic, consulting on the software and support services side of the revenue cycle. Norma is active in the WA-AK and OR HFMA Chapters and feels like she is home with the service-minded culture of Outreach Services. |

Greg attended George Washington University (B.A. Journalism, 1978) & The John Marshall Law School (J.D. 1981). He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
