After graduating from The Evergreen State College with a degree in multicultural studies, Corey began working as a patient advocate assisting uninsured patients to obtain coverage for hospital bills. In his advancement with Outreach Services, he has maintained the companies’ focus of helping hospitals help their communities; by improving services to uninsured and underinsured patients, and developing technical solutions to demonstrate our work to our communities. |

David graduated from St. John’s University and joined our companies in 1994. Moving up from his start as a patient advocate, he was instrumental in establishing our western operations. He is very active in his local chapters of HFMA, AAHAM, and NAHAM, currently holding the positions of Vice President of Communications for the Minnesota HFMA chapter and Newsletter Editor for the Oregon chapter. His current duties have him focused on building and maintaining client relationships for all of our companies. |

Chris joined Outreach Services in August of 2007. Prior to joining Outreach Services, Chris worked as Vice President of Business Development and Client Relations for QUE Financial. Chris is an active member of HFMA, AAHAM, and ACHE. Chris graduated from Boise State University with a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Leadership. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Politics-Economics and History from Albertson College of Idaho. His duties have him focused on building and maintaining strategic client partnerships throughout the West region. |

Brian graduated from Hamline University, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He joined Outreach Services as a patient advocate in 1995, and in 1997 he was promoted to manager and is now directing our Minnesota operations. Brian is an expert in Medicaid enrollment programs and revenue recovery programs. He is a member of the AAHAM/Gopher Chapter and the Minnesota Chapter of HFMA. |

Josie started with Outreach Services after graduating from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Social Work. Starting in 2002, she has used her combination of passion for helping others and business sense to rise to the level she is today. In her tenure, she has led the development of solutions for auditing and reporting work for our clients using Optima, and in directing our largest region. Josie has created a network of Outreach employees that are constantly able to serve clients and their patients. |

Celicia graduated from Florida International University with a Masters in Human Resource Development. She received a Bachelors in Communications from St. Thomas University, Miami, FL. As a certified Social Security Benefits Consultant, she realized her mission as advocate. As a result of her knowledge of SSI/SSDI and Medicaid/Medicare, her clients gained a greater understanding of their disability benefits. As Regional Coordinator, Celicia brings her spirit of advocacy and dedication to Outreach Services. |

Fredrik, originally from Sweden, graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a BSBA and Masters of Science in Information Systems. He started his healthcare career in California, focusing on Managed Care Reimbursement and Compliance. Fredrik currently leads Pacific Recoveries’ Revenue Recovery services. He is involved in AAHAM and HFMA where he is the Newsletter Editor for the WA/AK chapter. |
