Outreach Services Leases New Space in Holley Mason Building
Press Release (PDF)
Outreach Services, an organization that works closely with hospitals and patients to assist and coordinate financial needs, funding for uninsured, recovery of third-party claims and billing management, recently leased 9,418 square feet of space in the Holley Mason Building at 157 South Howard in Spokane, Washington. This relocation is the only Outreach Services office in the Inland Northwest, and is located in Spokane’s Central Business District (CBD). “With the current economy and the surge in need for healthcare revenue cycle services, the move into the Holley Mason building will accommodate the continued growth of both Outreach Services and Pacific EDI. As we focus on meeting the growing needs of hospitals and healthcare systems, the improved office space will allow us to expand our employee workforce by accessing Spokane’s terrific talent pool of healthcare financial workers,” said Greg Moga, President.
The developers of the Holley Mason Building, ConoverBond Development along with Kiemle & Hagood Company agents, Casey Brazil and Cody George handled the lease transaction. “A centralized location with close proximity to the region’s major medical campuses will be an asset for both healthcare providers and patients,” commented Casey Brazil.
ConoverBond Development focuses on urban redevelopment, including renovations of historic buildings and new construction projects. ConoverBond currently leases and operates over 300,000 square feet of office, retail, restaurant and hotel space in Spokane, including 12 properties in the CBD. For more company information, visit
