Outreach awarded contract with
State of Hawaii

Outreach Services is pleased to announce a new partnership in Hawaii with the Department of Human Services MedQUEST Division. Outreach Services is contracting with DHS to provide application process support to the Medicaid Eligibility Division. This support includes inputting all initial applications into the State computer eligibility system and following up with applicants to gather documents needed for eligibility determinations.

“We are excited about this new venture with the State of Hawaii. We will be able to extend our excellence and expertise to benefit all DHS applicants. We look forward to working with the dedicated State employees of the MedQUEST Division and supporting them in their continued effort to provide timely and accurate eligibility determinations for individuals and families in Hawaii,” says Cassandra Stewart, Regional Director, Outreach Services Hawaii.
