Third Party Liability Reimbursement
We work to reduce costs by identifying claims where other policies are primary,
then pursuing those policies under our third-party liability reimbursement services.
At the time of treatment authorization or at claim receipt, Outreach Services can
audit claims related to accidents or injuries and investigate for primary indemnity
policies. If we find primary coverage, we will pursue the policy to make payment.
