OPTIMA™

To ensure transparency, Outreach Services tracks its work through both the facilities' internal patient accounting system and OPTIMA. OPTIMA™ is a platform composed of several integrated web-based applications that are used by Outreach Services to help manage, track, prioritize, work, and report on referred cases.

  • Reporting

    Outreach Services developed OPTIMA™ to allow our customers access to information as needed and to allow us to query and compile an unlimited array of deliverables that report our successes and justify our value.

    • Stock Reports

      By accessing OPTIMA™ via the Internet, a client can log in and retrieve real-time reports for review and audit. These standard reports are designed to allow our clients to oversee and audit our work, based on elements derived from best practices. These include list reports, summary reports and client dashboards.

    • Customer Query

      In OPTIMA™, client users may choose from an array of parameters in order to generate semi-custom reports, on demand. This allows clients to access the information that is important to them and facilitates independence in managing our services.

    • Customer Reports

      Outreach Services has dedicated IT staff to create and deliver custom reports to our clients. We work very closely to define performance metrics to be used by our clients, and create reporting features to allow the customer to have demonstrable evidence of our performance. Custom reports vary in content and format and are provided via a number of HIPAA compliant avenues, such as secure FTP, the client's secure email system, or via OPTIMA™'s download feature.

    • OPTIMA™ Dashboard

      The OPTIMA™ Dashboard allows clients to view a dynamic snapshot of the past year. The data is continually updated giving the client an ongoing view of referral volumes and results on a monthly or yearly basis.
