On-site Inpatient/Outpatient/Staff Coverage

• The primary role of on-site staff will be to meet with patients, determine for what coverage patients may be eligible, complete necessary applications and perform follow-up on these applications
• Outreach Services' staff conduct face-to-face interviews with patients while in-house, and contact discharged patients via phone, mail and field visits to complete the screening and application process
• Outpatient or pre-registered patients will be seen by Outreach Services prior to the patient's service whenever possible
